It is difficult to buy a home in need of repairs with the market in this state. I was told an investor could buy it and re-sell it to me a lot easier because they are claiming it is an “investment” property. Any advice? Thanks!

Probably not. I only say that because the investor might be able to buy the property and claim it as an investment but when they sell it to you, then you would have to still apply for a loan to pay for the property. Which means it would still be a purchase and you would need a down payment and pay for closing costs.
